Brothers in Bacon

Jacob and Justin Finsen grew up on a farm where the family butchered their own hogs and cured their own bacon. Their father was a chef. Their grandfather and great-grandfather worked as butchers. Thankfully for bacon lovers everywhere, the two brothers have returned to the traditional ways of cutting and curing fine meats. Of course, brothers will be brothers: Jacob thinks he makes the world’s best BLT. Justin begs to differ.
